Hello, I'm Sarah.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist based in Camberwell, South East London. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard — without judgement.

What drew me to this work
I came to psychotherapy after a career in education, where I saw first-hand how much people's early experiences shape the way they see themselves and the world around them. That realisation — that we carry so much more than we realise — is what drew me to this work.
I believe that real change begins when we feel safe enough to be truly heard. For me, the heart of therapy lies in connection, presence, and the willingness to explore what matters most. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I do know that you already have more wisdom about your own life than you might think. My job is to help you find it.
I describe myself as a warm, thoughtful, and deeply curious practitioner. I'm committed to creating an open, welcoming space that embraces all forms of diversity and self-expression. Every person who walks through my door — or joins a session online — brings a unique story, and I hold deep respect for that.
My therapeutic approach
My training is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single model. Our work together will be shaped by what feels most relevant and helpful for you.
Integrative
I draw on a range of therapeutic theories and tailor our work to what feels most relevant for you. There's no "one size fits all" — we can adapt as your needs change over time.
Relational
The therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I believe that real change happens within a safe, connected relationship — and that how we relate in the room can reveal important patterns.
Trauma & Attachment-Informed
I understand how past experiences and early relationships shape how we feel and relate today. I work gently and at your pace, always prioritising your sense of safety.
Body-Aware
I integrate awareness of the body into our work, recognising the deep connection between emotional and physical experience. This is always led by what resonates with you.
